Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns on optical frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses within 14 days of receiving your order. You may choose a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unmarked, and undamaged
In their original packaging, including any cases, cloths, or accessories
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Warranty on Optical Frames & Sunglasses
All optical frames and sunglasses come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or general wear and tear.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at orders@localeyesoptom.com.auwith a description of the issue and clear photographs, and we’ll assist you with the next steps.
Contact Lenses
Returned contact lenses must be unopened, unmarked, and in original, sealed packaging.
How to Return an Item
Email us at orders@localeyesoptom.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, carefully package your item and send it to the address we provide.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or issue your store credit.
